Delete Your Account

How to Request Deletion

To delete your OwnIt account, send an email to [email protected] from the email address registered with your account, including:

• •The subject line “OwnIt account deletion request”
• •The email address or phone number used to sign in to OwnIt

We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days, then confirm by email.

Data That Is Deleted

Your profile, account credentials, and the content and activity associated with your account are permanently deleted.

Data That May Be Retained

Some records, such as transaction history, may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes, and only for as long as that obligation applies. Backups are purged on their regular rotation.
