OwnIt

Child Safety Standards

Last updated: November 1, 2026. These standards apply to the OwnIt app on Google Play, published by RigCache.

Zero Tolerance for CSAE

OwnIt strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. Users may not create, upload, solicit, share, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors. Violations result in account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

Prohibited Conduct and Content

  • •Child sexual abuse material or any sexual depiction of a minor
  • •Grooming, enticement, sextortion, or predatory behavior toward minors
  • •Usernames, profile photos, or other content that sexualizes minors or facilitates harm to them
  • •Using OwnIt, including its location features, to locate, contact, or arrange to meet a minor for exploitation, or to advertise or coordinate exploitation

Age Requirements

OwnIt is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has registered, contact us using the address below and we will remove the account.

Moderation and Enforcement

We review reported accounts and content and remove material that violates these standards. We may suspend or delete the accounts involved, and preserve relevant records where the law requires it for an investigation.

How to Report a Concern

  • •In the app: open Settings, then choose Report child safety concern under Safety.
  • •By email: write to [email protected] with any details you can safely share, such as usernames, the approximate time, and a description. Do not attach or forward illegal images.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Law Enforcement and Legal Compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws. When we become aware of CSAM, we take appropriate action, including reporting it to the relevant national or regional authorities as required by law, such as the NCMEC CyberTipline in the United States or equivalent bodies elsewhere.
